Because we are all recovering from something! Childhood programming or trauma, loss of relationship, death of a loved one, loss of a job, an injury, whatever it might be! 


We did the first annual Bookending Your Day self-care initiative when the book was released in 2024, with the hope that many of us would start our personal self-care journeys at the same time and that our collective energy would help inspire us individually. And that was just the beginning! We did the second annual Bookending Your Day self-care initiative in February of 2025, and will carry the tradition forward.
